Return & Exchange Policy

At AM HARBOUR, we stand behind our craftsmanship and quality. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, kindly ensure:

  • Your item was purchased via our website and is within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and still has attached tags and original packaging.
  • You retain your original proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items designated as “Final Sale” or discounted goods.
  • Personalised or custom-made garments.
  • Undergarments, accessories, or items worn/washed after delivery.

3. How to Make a Return or Exchange

Start by contacting our Customer Support at amharbour.co@gmail.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the item (if applicable). Once approved:

  • You’ll receive a return/ exchange authorization and instructions.
  • Ship the item securely to our designated address.
  • We inspect your return within 5 working days of receipt.

4. Refunds & Credits

Once your returned item is approved:

  • Refunds to original payment method may take up to 10 business days to reflect.
  • For exchanges, we’ll dispatch your replacement once refund or credit is processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with either a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.
